Terms of Service
Effective: October 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CleverHelp LLC, the company that runs TreasureClock ("we," "us"). By using TreasureClock, you agree to them.
1. What TreasureClock is
TreasureClock helps volunteer organizations schedule shifts and send messages to their volunteers. It includes a website for administrators and a phone app for volunteers.
2. Accounts
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure, because anyone with access to your email can sign in as you. Organization admins are responsible for who they add to their organization and for the messages they send.
3. Free trial
New organizations get a 30-day free trial for up to 10 people. No credit card is needed. If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, the organization is turned off until you do.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. The size you choose sets how many people your organization can have. Prices are shown on our website and the Billing page. We may add sales tax where the law requires it. If we change prices, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before the change affects you.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, and then it ends.
6. Refunds
We don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll make it right.
7. Missed payments
If a payment fails, we'll keep your organization running while Stripe tries again for a while. If payment still can't be collected, the organization is turned off until billing is fixed.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use TreasureClock to send spam, break the law, harass anyone, or try to get into data that isn't yours. We may suspend organizations or accounts that do.
9. Your data
Your organization's information belongs to you. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it: https://treasureclock.com/privacy
10. No guarantees
We work hard to keep TreasureClock running, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost data or missed shifts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let organization admins know before it takes effect. Continuing to use TreasureClock after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
