Delete your TreasureClock account

In the app

This is the quickest way. It happens right away.

1. Open TreasureClock on your phone.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Tap “Delete my account”.
4. Confirm.

Can’t use the app?

Email sales@treasureclock.com from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your sign-in
• Your shift sign-ups, past and upcoming
• The messages you received
• Your phone's notification settings for the app

What we keep

• Messages you sent to volunteers as a coordinator stay for the people who received them. Your name is removed from them.
• A group's billing records belong to the group. They are kept by our payment processor, Stripe.

If you’re the only admin for a group

Make someone else an admin first, or email us at sales@treasureclock.com for help.
